In My Zone: Ages 8-12

In My Zone is a 4- session  virtual group that focuses on the Zones of Regulation, which is a systematic, cognitive-behavioral approach used to teach us how to regulate our feelings, energy, and sensory needs.  Each week will target a different Zone of Regulation: Blue, Green, Yellow, and Red. The girls will learn how to use the Zones to help them understand their emotions and use appropriate coping strategies. In My Zone will take place on Thursdays .  Groups will be held via Zoom starting on Tuesdays starting June 18, 2024 at 6pm (30-45 minutes).
